Rev. Michelle Rawdin
Rev. M. Michelle Rawdin
Michelle is a Georgia native, born and raised
in Griffin, GA. She attended Piedmont College
from 1996 to 2000 where she graduated with
a minor in photography and a B.S. in Mathematics.
During her time at Piedmont College, she was
called by God to attend Seminary and head
towards a life of full-time ministry.
Following her graduation, she moved to Wilmore,
Kentucky where she attended Asbury Theological
Seminary. In December of 2003, she graduated
from Asbury with her Masters of Divinity and
returned to the North Georgia Conference where
she was appointed to her first church as the
associate pastor in the Atlanta Emory District.
In June of 2007, she was ordained as an Elder
in Full Connection and was appointed to the
Lovejoy/Mt. Carmel Charge, serving both churches
as pastor.
A note from the Pastor:
Life is busy these days. We live in a culture
of rush, run, and hurry. . .which leaves us unfulfilled
and stressed out. In the midst of all that,
where do we find peace? Where do we find hope?
Where do we find joy?? God is the place. Through
Christ, we find peace, hope and joy. He is
the Rock in the midst of these turbulent and
busy times. We invite you to come to Mt. Carmel
and get refreshed. Come and find rest for
your weary life. Come and find joy in the
midst of difficulty. Come and worship.
We welcome you in the name of Jesus Christ
